  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons jarred aji amarillo paste
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup thawed frozen peas
  • Salsa criolla or hot sauce, for serving
