*Heat oil and brown meatballs and onions.
*Remove meatballs and add garlic and capsicum. Cook for a few minutes.
*Add spice and stir until fragrant.
*Add tomatoes, stock and raisins and bring to the boil.
*Turn back to simmer, adding in the meatballs.
*Cook until sauce reduces and thickens.
*Add juice
*Serve with rice or couscous and garnish with coriander.
