Chicken Thighs: Garlic Butter Chicken And Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup salted butter cut into slices
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas ADD AT THE END
  • 1 lb. rotini pasta cooked al dente, ADD AT THE END
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
