1) cook orzo pasta, rinse well so it isn’t sticky
2) peel shrimp and chop necessary ingredients
2) drizzle olive oil in pan and sautéed green onions and mushrooms. When lightly sautéed, add garlic, parsley and shrimp (but don’t burn)
4) Add white wine and cook for a for few minutes. Season with Northern Mediterranean seasoning, hickory salt & black pepper, and salt.
