Lemon Ginger Shots

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - raisins
  • 2 inch piece - ginger
  • 1 - lemon
  • 1/8 th tsp - black salt
  • 1/8 th tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 cup - water

Directions

Soak raisins in 1/4 cup of water for 2 hours. Chop ginger roughly. Extract the juice of 1 lemon. Add all the ingredients in the blender. Blend it well. Serve it at the room temperature or chilled.

đŸŒ±Note : It’s a concentrated shot. You can reduce the amount of ginger if you want.

đŸŒ±Variations : You can add half cup of pineapple or green apple.
