Pull Pork

Ingredients

  • Pork Butt - 1 case
  • Bbq dry rub - 1 lb
  • Bbq Sauce 1 gal

Directions

- rub butts thoroughly
- smoke at 350 for 4-5 hours
- place in lexan -wrapped
- let sit in warmer over night to break down meat
- drain 1/2 liquid
- add bbq sauce and pull meat until well mixed
- spread over sheet pans and cool in walk-in
- once cooled vac- Pak

Label, date, and store properly
