Amy's BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds split chicken breasts (bone in or no bone)
  • 3 TBSP honey
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 2 TBSP soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely copped onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Bake chicken in a greased baking dish for 30 minutes.
Cook onions and garlic in a sauce pan until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour over the chicken and cook for 20 - 25 minutes, covered.
May need to bake longer, bake until no pink.
