- 32 Oz. Whole Milk European style yogurt
- 1 1/2 13oz. jars apricot jam or preserves
- 2 tsp. orange liqueur (mandarin orange if possible)
- 2 Tbs. rum
Mix apricot jam into yogurt and blend well. Mix in orange liqueur and rum. Chill well. Pour mixture into an ice cream freezer and follow directions to freeze.
