Waffle & Banana
- DAY 6 BREAKFAST:
- 100% whole grain frozen waffle
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1 small banana, sliced
- Pinch of Cinnamon and nutmeg
- Fat free milk
Toast waffle, spread with nut butter and top with sliced banana, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Serve with 8 ounces fat free milk.
