  • Pierogi dough:
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 oz. shredded cheese
  • 3 oz. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 beaten egg, for brushing the top of the pierogi
