Tarte Au Aspèrge

Ingredients

  • Pâte brisée
  • 1 or 2 bottles of Asperges
  • 200g of Smoked Ham
  • 2 Eggs
  • 75cl of crème fraîche
  • Emmental
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg

Directions

In a bol mix the 2eggs with crème fraîche, nutmeg, Salt and emmental
Put the pate brisée in the rounded pan
First layer -> Ham
Second layer -> Asperges
Third layer -> all the sauce
4th layer -> Cheese

Preheat the oven and then put the Tarte
25 to 35mins in the oven
