Cilantro Cream Sauce
- Cilantro Cream Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Mayonaise
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 or 2 Handfuls Fresh Cilantro Leaves (make with one handful, taste, then add second if desired. I like lots!)
- 2 tsp Lime Juice, fresh
- Pinch Kosher Salt
- Pinch Pepper
Add all ingredients to a mini food processor (or use a full sized one if that's what you have) and blend very well.
Taste and adjust amount of cilantro and/or salt to your liking.
I like a strong cilantro flavor, and usually know it's ready when the sauce turns a pale tint of green.
