Liberally season both sides of the slab of ribs.
Cut the slab in half if its too large for the Instant Pot.
Pour the apple juice into the Instant Pot.
Place the ribs into the pot, and drizzle with 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce.
Secure lid, make sure its set to "sealing".
Set it to Manual timer for 25 minutes.
It will take 5-10 minutes to heat up, before it starts counting down.
Once timer counts down, let it set another 5 minutes then release steam by turning valve to "venting".
Turn on broiler while you are waiting for the 5 minute resting time.
Remove ribs and place on a baking sheet. Slather with BBQ sauce on both sides.
Place under broiler for 5-10 minutes, watch carefully so it does not burn.
Pull apart and enjoy!
