Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Oil a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Stretch out the pizza dough on the pan to make the crust.
Top with apples, blueberries, and walnuts. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Using a vegetable peeler, make parmigiana ribbons to cover pizza.
Let rest 20 or 30 minutes.
Bake on middle rack of oven for 22 to 25 minutes, until apples are soft and crust is browning.
Lightly sprinkle with brown sugar and Maldon salt while still warm.
Delicious served with vanilla ice cream.
