Tuna and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 120g canned tuna in water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup mixed salad
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Boil the eggs the way you like them.
Cut the avocado and red onion into slices, cut the tomatoes in half.
Top the salad with tuna, eggs,olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with sea salt and pepper.
