  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 lb. yellow potatoes, chopped
  • 4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 thyme sprigs
  • 2 green onions, plus more for garnish

  • 3/4 c. heavy cream
