Ingredients
1 pound roasted pork belly, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 tablespoon reserved pork belly drippings
1 cup chopped onion (1/2 large onion)
1/2 cup chopped carrots (2 small carrots)
4 ounces water chestnuts (1/2 an 8 ounce can), roughly chopped
3/4 cup chopped green onions (4 green onions), green parts only
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cups cauliflower rice (1/2 head)
1/2 cup chicken broth
salt, to taste
