Peel and chop the onion. Add the butter to a large frying pan, fry the ground beef and add the onion, garlic, tomato purée, and thyme.
Cook for a few more minutes, add the cream and water. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook the zucchini pasta according to the packet instructions (add to boiling salted water) for a few seconds.
Top it off with parmesan cheese and basil.
