Black Bean Salad
Ingredients
- DAY 7 LUNCH:
- 1/2 cup canned black beans
- 1/2 cup orange slices
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion
- Any other veggies of your choice
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 cup salad greens
- Low carb tortilla
- SNACK:
- Fruit
Directions
Make black bean salad by tossing black beans, orange slices, red bell pepper, red onion, and any other veggies of your choice with 1 tsp salad dressing.
Serve over salad greens with low carb tortilla.
