Pita Bread With Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • DAY 1 LUNCH:
  • 1 mini whole wheat pita
  • 3 slices pulled pork
  • 1/2 roasted pepper
  • 1 tsp mayo
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 slices lettuce
  • 1 slice mozzarella cheese

Directions

Build a sandwich with pita bread, pulled pork, pepper, mayo, mustard and lettuce. Serve with mozzarella cheese and 2 kiwis.

You can also used Turkey breast.
