Croissant Breakfast Boats

  • Croissant Breakfast Boats
  • Ingredients:
  • 4 croissants
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 T milk
  • 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips bacon, soft-cooked & diced
  • 3 T chives, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Place croissants on cookie sheet & scoop out centers.
Beat eggs with milk.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fill croissants with egg mixture.
Bake 20-25 minutes.

Alternate cooking method:
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook bacon fully, drain & crumble.
Beat eggs with milk.
Soft, medium, or hard scramble eggs, according to preference.
Add in crumbled bacon, cheese, chives, salt, & Pepper.
Fill croissants with egg mixture.
Bake until cheese is melted & Golden.
