- 1 tomato
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber
- 1/4 capsicum
- Dressing (optional):
- 1 tbsp cold pressured avocado or olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste
Wash, dry and slice the fresh produce.
Combine all other ingredients and stir through dressing.
For the dressing: in another smaller bowl whisk with a fork the oil, pepper and chili flakes.
Once the dressing is made, pour it over the salad and serve.
