  • 1 cup packed pitted prunes
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup raw cane sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour (can use a mix of whole wheat and rye/oat/barley flour)
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
