Chick Pea Salad

- 2 cans chick peas
- 1 small red onion
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 piece celery
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoon rosemary
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt and black pepper
Combine chick peas with onions, peppers, celery, garlic, red pepper flakes and rosemary in a medium bowl.
Dress salad with vinegar and oil, salt and pepper.
