Ingredients

  • Mayo - 10 lbs or 20 cups
  • Lemon juice - 1 cup
  • Water - 2.5 cups
  • Salt - 4 Tablespoons
  • Saffron - 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 2 teaspoons

Directions

Add 1 cup mayonnaise, saffron, turmeric, salt and lemon juice in blender, blend well for 30-45 seconds. Add to a large bowl with remaining ingredients a nod Whisk together.

Label, date, and store properly. Date with a use by date of 2 months.
