Ingredients

  • 2 Large Bananas (The riper/grosser looking the better!)
  • 1/2 C. Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 C. Almond Milk
  • 1/2 t. Vanilla
  • 1/4 t. Banana Extract
  • 1 1/2 C. Oat Flour You can purchase this or grind your own using a blender like I do.
  • 1/2 C. Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1 t. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 t. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 t. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 t. Mineral Salt
  • 1/4 C. Peanut Flour
  • 3/4 C. Gentle Sweet
