1.) Add dates to warm water and set aside. Turn on waffle maker to preheat.
2.) Blend rolled oats into flour in a high speed blender.
3.) Mix in flax seed or chia and cinnamon, set aside
4.) Place dates, water and bananas in blender and blend until smooth. Add dry ingredients and blend.
5.) Add 1/3 cup mix for every square to waffle iron and close. Cook 8 minutes. DO NOT PEEK.
6.) Open waffle iron and enjoy with fresh fruit poured over. Freeze half recipe for another day if needed.
