Ingredients

  • 4 TB butter plus extra to grease waffle iron, no need to melt
  • 1 TB apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats not instant
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 2 TB honey
