Calcium shots

Ingredients

  • • 1tsp sesame seeds (soaked 5-6hrs)
  • • 6-8 almonds (soaked overnight)
  • • 1 cardamom
  • • 2-3 dates (as per sweet taste)
  • • 1 cup of water
  • • A few strands of saffron

Directions

This recipe serves 4 shot glasses
*Method*

1) Blend all the ingredients (except saffron) well.

2) Pour in shot glasses and top with saffron

Enjoy

*Variations*

Add a little dairy free and sugar free cocoa powder and it will become a chocolate shot.

Add a frozen banana and it becomes a creamy banana milkshake...

*Note*

Sesame seeds are calcium rich.

Have them once in a while in different ways, like the above or sprinkling them on your salads or having them in laddoos.
