Chicken Parmesan Crusted Crunchwrap


  • - 5oz pulled chicken (about a heaping half-cup, rotisserie chicken
  • was used here)
  • - 3 tbsp reduced fat mozzarella cheese
  • - 3 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • - 3 tbsp pizza sauce
  • - 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - Fresh basil, spinach, or arugula
  • - 1 cutdacarb flatbread
  • - Cooking spray


Stir together chicken, tomato sauce, and seasoning.
In a nonstick pan over medium heat, spray cooking spray and
sprinkle parmesan cheese. Wait 3-4 minutes until cheese edges
start browning.
While you wait, layer mozzarella cheese, leafy greens, and chicken
mixture into flatbread. Fold by gently
pulling all edges toward the center.
Press crunchwrap onto the parmesan and cover. Cook another
minute or so.
Flip crunchwrap and reduce heat to low. Cook 5-7 more minutes
covered to ensure everything heats through. Slice and devour!
