Calamars en salsa tomatiga i safrà. Acompanyat de quinoa

Ingredients

  • 500gr calamar net i trossegat
  • 1/2 pebre vermell i 1/2 verd
  • 1/2 ceba
  • 6 cullerades de salsa domatiga
  • 2 alls
  • 1 fulla llorer
  • 1 sobre safrà
  • 1/4 de tassó de vi blanc
  • AOVE prebe i sal

Directions

Doram ceba en AOVE

Quan ceba agafi color, afegim pebre tallat i alls

Passats 5 min afegir calamar i pujar foc 1 min. Es tornaran petits.
Afagim llorer, safrà, i vi. Quan s’evapori s’alchol afegim tomatiga.

Cuinar tapat uns 20 min foc mitgà. Si es calamar encara esta duur, mes temps. Si veim que queda molt espés, podem afegir un poquet d'aigua durant sa cocció.
