Scrambled Eggs with Feta Cheese & Spinach

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup (50ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) feta cheese
- 1/2 cup (20g) fresh spinach
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- Fresh parsley
Directions
Mix together eggs and cream. Add a small amount of oil in a frying pan, add the egg batter.
Cook over medium heat, stir until the batter is combined. Top with tomatoes, spinach and parsley.
