Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • DAY 3 LUNCH:
  • 1 roast chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sliced red grapes
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp low fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 banana

Directions

To make a chicken salad, toss 4 cups shredded skinless roast chicken breast with 1/4 cup sliced red grapes, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, and 1 tbsp plain, unsweetened Greek yoghurt. Serve over lettuce.

Eat with 1 banana.
