  • 20g sucre
  • 1c. Sal
  • 13,3g llevadura prensada fresca
  • 133g llet
  • 1 ou
  • 100g aigua

Directions

Pesar mantega i reservar
Farina força i normal, sucre i sal mesclar 10seg/vel5
Llevat, llet, aigua i ous mesclar 15seg/vel6
Amasar 2 min programa espiga
Treure cubilet i 3 min espiga i anar afegint mantega per d’alt
Reposar 1h
Amasar fer un xurro (farina i oli a les mans)
Motlle amb mantega posar el xurro que arribi a totes les cantonades i posar llet a sobre
Reposar 45 min (tirar avena a sobre)
Forn dalt baix 180• 30 min amb aigua a sota
Deixar 15 min i desmotllar
Deixar reposar sobre reixeta
