- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp dill pickle relish, drained
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ~ zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried dill, optional
- ~ a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce, we used Crystal
- ~ sea salt and freshly ground pepper
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, lemon zest and juice, parsley and dill.
Season to taste with the hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavors to infuse.
