You can use your preference of of Flatbread, Naan or pizza dough. If using pizza dough, follow instructions to bake it before applying ingredients. If using Flatbread or Naan the ingredients can be added directly to the bread.
6 ounces Italian sausage
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3/4 cup marinara sauce OR crushed tomatoes (from a 14.5 ounce can)
1 heaping cup blackberries (15-20 large blackberries)
6 ounces fresh Mozzarella cheese slices, broken into large sized pieces
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (use a good quality pre-grated)
