Best Ever Roast

- One can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- one package dry onion soup mix
- one beef chunk shoulder roast (3 to 5 pounds)
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes unpeeled and quartered
- 4 cups of baby carrots
Combine mushroom soup and dry soup mix in crockpot slow cooker stir to blend. Place roast in crock pot slow cooker cover cook on Low four hours.
Stir in potatoes and carrots cover cook on low two hours.
