  • 2/3 -3/4 cup Erythritol granulated or powdered
  • 2/3 cup coconut oil melted and warm
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs + 1 egg yolk room temp
  • 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Lilly’s dark chocolate chips divided: 1/4 and 1/4
