Slowcooker: Langtidsstegt Oksesteg

Ingredients

  • 1 stk oksetykkam á ca 850 gr
  • 2 stk løg, grofthakket
  • 2 fed hvidløg, finthakket
  • 3 stilke bladselleri, skåret i mundrette stykker (brug endelig også bladene på toppen)
  • 3 stk gulerødder, skåret i mundrette stykker
  • 1 flaske passata á 680 gr. (mosede tomater)
  • 1/2 dl. vand
  • 1 dl fløde
  • 3 stk tørrede laurbærblade
  • 2 kviste frisk rosmarin (brug kun bladene fra kvistene)
  • 4 kviste frisk timian (brug kun bladene fra kvistene)
  • 1 tsk røget paprika
  • 1/2 tsk kanel
  • 1/4 tsk cayenne peber
  • 1 tsk salt
  • 1 spsk sukker
  • godt med friskkværnet peber
  • friske krydderurter til garnering som f.eks. løvstikke eller persille
