Shrimp: Lemon Pepper Pasta

Ingredients

  • 10oz - 300g approx. 12 x de-veined shrimps (prawns)

  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • 3 lemons (zest only)
  • Handful of parsley leaves
  • 4 tbsp - 60g salted butter
  • 2 tsp. crushed black peppercorns
  • 13oz - 360g fresh (or dry) fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • Salt
