Meatball Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • Minced onion or 1 TBSP onion salt
  • SAUCE
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 up vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together all of the ingredients for the meatballs.
Roll into balls that are the same size.
Place meatballs in a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes. Turn.
Bring all of the sauce ingredients to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour sauce over the meatballs and bake for another 45 minutes (cover the dish).
