- 2 slices mixed grain bread (small size), toasted
- 4 tbs ricotta cheese but if preferred Philadelphia cheese
- 30g pink salmon in brine
- 2 slices tomato
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Spread with cheese on toasted bread, top with lox, tomato, onion.
Sprinkle capers and then dill and add pepper.
