Snow Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups snow
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen avocado
  • 4 dates
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 spoon PB
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • Fill with oat milk

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender. Add more oat milk as needed to get consistency ready for straw.
