Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup low sugar orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • 12 oz cranberries
  • 1/2 cup water (can replace some of the water with juice)
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • DOUBLED
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup low sugar orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 (12 oz) cranberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 TBSP honey

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a pan.
Simmer over medium heat for 15 min.
Cool and refrigerate.
