Directions

  1. 中国绿皮南瓜去皮,切薄片,140克入微波炉转4-5分钟,捣成酱(差不多剩100克)
  2. 糯米粉加入到南瓜酱中,揉成团(可加适量的水)(面团180克左右)。我还加了一勺澄粉,没有可以不加。
  3. 面团分成20克一份,豆沙馅16克一份都搓成小球。
  4. 面团球压扁将豆沙馅包入,搓成球。包的时候可以在旁边放一小碗水,手上抹点水,容易搓均匀。稍压扁,拿牙签压出南瓜楞。中间插入葡萄干。
  5. 锅屉上抹油或垫烘焙纸(只要防粘就行),南瓜饼放在屉上冷水上锅蒸6分钟。关火后开盖放凉。
