BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1T oil
- 1/4c tomato sauce
- 1/4c water
- 1T English mustard
- 1T Worcestershire sauce
- 2T brown sugar

Directions
- Cook onion, garlic and oil in microwave jug for 2 min.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients and return jug to microwave.
- Cook for a further 5 min, stirring halfway through cooking.
