BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves crushed garlic
• 1T oil
• 1/4c tomato sauce
• 1/4c water
• 1T English mustard
• 1T Worcestershire sauce
• 2T brown sugar

Directions

Cook onion, garlic and oil in microwave jug for 2 min.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients and return jug to microwave.
Cook for a further 5 min, stirring halfway through cooking.
