Agnes' Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 - 8oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3 c. sour cream
- graham cracker pie crust
Directions
- Make crust and put in fridge for one hour. Beat eggs well. Add sugar, cream cheese and extract to eggs and beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream and pour into crust. Bake at 375* for 35 minutes. Let cool completely and put in fridge.
