  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (omit for elimination phase of AIP)
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon large flake nutritional yeast
