Ingredients
- 1 gallon heavy cream. (2 - 1/2 gall jugs)
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 cup of ground Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup of corn starch
Directions
Any large sauce pot add heavy cream and butter and bring to a simmer. Mix water and cornstarch to make a loose slurry. Add salt, Garlic powder, parmesan cheese cornstarch water slurry, nutmeg, and bring to a boil. The consistency should be a loose Alfredo.
