Appie Pie Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2oz almond milk
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 2oz Greek yogurt (plain and nonfat)
  • 1 ginger gold apple
  • Cinnamon
  • Caramel "popcorn" seasoning
  • Stevia

Directions

  1. Chop up apple and sprinkle cinnamon and caramel seasoning on top - microwave in 15 sec increments
  2. Mix oat, chia, milk, yoghurt in container.
  3. Add spices and sweetener to desired rate
  4. Apple are them added and mixed in
  5. Place in fridge overnight and add toppings in morning if desired!
